THE HOUSE OF KANON · APOSTLE JOHN & APOSTLE LATONYA REED

Truth, measured.
Power, proven.

Where the seminary meets the supernatural. The Word read in the language it was written in, explained until you understand it, then demonstrated in the room.

THE PROMISE

You will never be asked to believe what cannot be shown — in the text, or in the room.

THE NAME

ka·nón — a measuring reed; the standard by which truth is measured.

“…the Spirit of the LORD shall raise up a standard.” ISAIAH 59:19

קָנֶה

HEBREW · QANEH · A REED

A cane growing straight by the water. Cut and dried, it became the first measuring rod. Ezekiel 40:3

κανών

GREEK · KANŌN · A STANDARD

The rule by which a thing is judged straight or crooked. Revelation 11:1

CANON

ENGLISH · THE MEASURED TRUTH

The books of Scripture that passed the measure. Examined. Verified. Authoritative.

REED

THE NAME

The standard of truth is named after a reed — and so is the man who teaches it.

THE METHOD

Most houses give you the footnotes or the fire. This one keeps both.

An open Bible, a Greek New Testament and a concordance with a brass ruler on a desk

I

EXAMINED

We read it in the language it was written in — koine Greek, Hebrew, the history of who was speaking and to whom.

“If you teach something and you can’t prove it in Scripture, I got an issue with that.”

II

EXPLAINED

You leave knowing what it says, what it means, and how to walk in it. Understanding is the deliverable.

“Preaching is proclaiming, but teaching is explaining.”

III

DEMONSTRATED

Then watch it work. Healings and signs, told with the witnesses who were in the room.

“Can I go up there and see if that wasp is dead?” “Go ahead. We’ll wait.”

THE FREE STUDY

Half of what you were taught isn’t in the Book. Let’s measure it.

“Spare the rod, spoil the child.” “The lion shall lie down with the lamb.” Twelve phrases repeated from pulpits for generations — each one checked against the text, with the verse, the Greek or Hebrew, and where the saying actually came from.

THE MEASURE · WEEKLY

A closed room. A fixed hour. The link goes to the list only.

Apostle Reed teaches live every week — no public stream, no algorithm between him and the people who came for the Word. When he spotlights you, you’re brought up and spoken to directly.

And when the Spirit gives a word between weeks, the list hears first: “Jump on. The Lord just gave me this.”

Apostle John Reed and Apostle LaTonya Reed

APOSTLE JOHN & APOSTLE LATONYA REED

THE STORY

A boy who wouldn’t believe what he couldn’t prove asked God for evidence.

At nine he wrote twenty-page papers with a Bible and a concordance. At thirteen he raised his hand and asked where the Scripture says red lipstick sends you to hell. At nineteen he asked heaven for a sign before he would accept the call — and in June 1987 the answer came in person.

Alongside Apostle LaTonya Reed, he has taught, healed and trained for decades. The story is told the way the house tells everything: with the witnesses named.

“Your ministry is going to travel fast.”
